I've used Family Christian Doors for all my garage door service needs, including my home, my mom's home, and a friend/co-worker. I have always been satisfied with the service techs and the work that they have done. Just recently, I arranged for a older friend to have her garage doors serviced by Family Christian Doors. Tommy Lee was the technician and I've been fortunate to have him on most all the garage door service calls I've had or helped friends with. Tommy takes the time to show and explain what the problem is and how it will be fixed, as well as any regular maintenance service that is needed. He is always thorough and a pleasure to work with.

We had a garage door spring break late on Sunday afternoon and I called FCD. They were out early on Monday. Joshua, our technician, was extremely prompt, polite and informative and provided a couple solutions for our situation. No hard sell! He completed the repair in about an hour. Extremely happy and I highly recommend this company.

I had a fantastic experience with Family Christian Door. Our garage door was overdue for some maintenance, and they sent out Aiden for a tune-up. He arrived right on time, thoroughly inspected the whole system, lubricated all the moving parts, and tightened everything up. Aiden was extremely professional, polite, and took the time to explain how to keep the door running smoothly. It is running quieter and better than ever now! It's rare to find such honest and high-quality service. I highly recommend Family Christian Door and will definitely ask for Aiden again.

We’ve been doing business with this company since 2014, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. Over the years, they’ve replaced our entire garage door, our springs twice, and our garage door system.

I called to schedule preventative maintenance and was able to get a same-day appointment with a two-hour window. Joshua, the technician, even called to let me know he could move my appointment up. He is truly one of the best!

He’s professional, honest, dependable, and knowledgeable, and he always treats us with kindness and respect. It means a lot to have someone you know you can trust in your home.

After all these years, we wouldn’t call anyone else. We truly appreciate Joshua and the wonderful customer service he continues to provide. Highly recommend!
